RSS accuses Christian missionaries of supporting Insurgency

Press Trust of India, India

RSS chief K. S. Sudharshan today accused Christian missionaries of supporting insurgency in many parts of the country. "Christian missionaries are lending support to insurgency in many parts of the country in a bid to establish their supremacy", he said at a function organised by Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Parishad here.

"In Andhra Pradesh, temples are being attacked and Hindus are being targeted, but not even a single case of attacks on churches have come up so far," he said.

Turning to Muslims, the RSS chief said "Muslims are not a minority in India. Minorities are those who come from outside. You are part of this country, you are born here. It's a fact that you have changed your religion but you should die for your ancestors and the country where you are born."
